El Ancón Tintilla
Production: The grapes are stemmed and crushed. The fermentation is controlled at 24°C and the maceration time is 10 days.
Aging: 12 months in oak barrels

Alcohol content: 14 % vol.
Wine-Tasting note: garnet red with high , clean and bright . Nose aroma of black fruit , blueberry jam , cocoa, spices , toasted . The palate is velvety and persistent, with great intensity and structure. Fruity and tannic strong.
Serving Temperature: 16°C.
Food Combining: grilled red meats, roasts, game casseroles, cold meats, cured cheeses……
